The main training base will be at "ELITE FITNESS" in Hockley.
Some days weather permitting, we will leave the gym and train off site outdoors. The outdoor secret training location will be revealed on the day.
There will be a minibus pick up point for the first 15 people to sign up. The pick up point will be at :
TIVERTON J&I SCHOOL, TIVERTON RD, SELLY OAK, BIRMINGHAM, B29. 6BW.
Training days are MON AND WED 10.00am-12.00pm.

If you've ever trained at Aero-Kick, you'll know the whole ethos of the club is about fun training. If you haven't then this is the ideal time to get involved and find out. This is how.
Once you've signed to say you're fit to train with us, this is where the fun begins.
The Aero-Kick Team will set a variety of fun training challenges to assess your general fitness level. These challenges will involve cross training such as, cardiovascular, anaerobic, fight training and plyometric training regimes. These terms and how they will work and benefit you will be explained throughout the programme.
YOUR SUCCESS IS BASED ON 3 THINGS:
1) TRAINING 2) CORRECT NUTRITION 3) CONSISTENCY
Advice and guidance will be given in these area. After that it's down to you and how much you want it.
Some activities will be timed for the purpose of setting a
personal standard for you to improve on.
